Abstract Title

Akins, J. (1983). A study of the learning styles of Dale, Oklahoma public school employees (Doctoral dissertation, Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK, 1983). Dissertation Abstracts International, 45(03), 815A.

The purpose of this study was to gather data on the learning styles of the Dale Public School employees using the MMPALT II developed by Cherry (1981). It addressed the same learning styles used by Cherry. The data gathered in this study can be used by the administrators, teachers, teacher’s aids, and support personnel in understanding their personal learning styles. In addition, people concerned with adult and continuing education will find the information useful in planning, designing, developing, and evaluating adult instructional programs.
